Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Great experience always at Jack Rabbits Southampton. Antonio was professional, friendly and patient. He did exactly as I asked for and made me feel comfortable in asking - even though it was a simple buzz cut. Perfectionist and polite with it. Definitely recommended.

I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Can't recommend Launch enough - I tell everyone about them and recommend Launch to anyone that has concerns about their skin. From the start, Amy has been so amazing. She takes the time to understand your skin concerns, before advising a treatment plan. This process is so reassuring and has made me feel confident and comfortable with the treatments we decided on. Throughout the treatment, Amy has checked in to make sure the products were achieving the desired result and has provided ongoing advice and support. After my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer which has spread to her lungs and brain, she has had to have loads of treatment. The hospital can do no more and the treatment has really taken it's toll on her. We are determined that this is not how are story ends and began researching other treatments. High dose IV vitamin C kept popping up and has lots of clinical trial evidence to back it. We are so glad we found Hayley at pure iv and aesthetics, she has been extremely professional and caring and the treatment has boosted my wife's life with energy and her bloods are looking good.
