The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Great experience always at Jack Rabbits Southampton. Antonio was professional, friendly and patient. He did exactly as I asked for and made me feel comfortable in asking - even though it was a simple buzz cut. Perfectionist and polite with it. Definitely recommended.

I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed
