I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

Had my 3rd treatment with Shannen today, she is absolutely amazing!!! On all 3 occasions, accommodated my request for a late evening appointment due to my work commitments, made me feel at ease, was extremely patient when I wanted to stop and squeal every 30 seconds, talked me through the whole process step by step, continued to ask if I was okay throughout and told me I was doing amazing which really helped ease the whole treatment. I have been to other high profile aestheticians in Southampton but their service and expertise do not come close to Shannens. Will definitely always use Shannen
