This 30minute massage concentrates on the back, neck, shoulder and head. Releasing any tension you may have. Our shoulders tend to carry most of our tension and with the massage you can feel the tension melt away.

This bespoke ritual is for those who wish to take a part of their tranquility home as well as experiencing a treatment that is bespoke to you and your needs. 

The treatment starts with an in depth consultation about how you are feeling physically and mentally and look at how aromatherapy can support you. I will blend an oil that will be used for your full body massage and reflexology and you will even get some to take home to be used where the benefits of the oil can work its magic. 

Elysian- Aromatherapy ritual 

This reflexology treatment is totally bespoke to your needs. We will blend an oil for what you need on the day. We will start with an aromatherapy foot soak and then on to the reflexology treatment with you bespoke reflexology balm. 

Reflexology helps to balance and release by working the pressure points on your feet to aid with better sleep, hormonal balance, digestion, lymphatic drainage and much more 

Aromatherapy reflexology 

A bespoke full body massage with essential oils that you choose or from recommendation from me after your consultation. Maybe you suffer from insomnia, hormonal imbalance, anxiety or stress. You will also get the remaining oil to take home in a dropper bottle which can be used for massage or added to a bath. 

Aromatherapy massage 

This appointment is a consultation to talk about formulating a bespoke product whether that be a diffuser oil roll on or balm. 

This product can be made at the appointment some products may need to be made and collected at a later date. 

The consultation will be in depth to find out what your needs are from the product.

This massage is designed for full term mummies 38 weeks plus  who are looking for some relief and relaxation as well as some encouragement for baby to make an appearance. I will use pressure points on the feet to encourage the body to relax and encourage labour. I will also use a blend of aromatherapy oils designed for full term mummies with a small bottle to take home. The treatment is a 60 minute massage and 15 minutes of pressure points. We will play your favourite music to get the oxytocin flowing and you will leave feeling relaxed and ready for this new journey. 

Peaceful pregnancy due date massage 

Pregnancy is a special time but it can cause aches and pains from growing your baby. This massage is a full body massage but also includes a head and scalp massage to aid relaxation and help sleep. From 12 weeks if under consultant or high risk a letter will be needed from your consultant or midwife 

Nurturing moments pregnancy massage with head massage 

Reflexology can be used in pregnancy with medical consent. Reflexology can be used for common pregnancy ailments including morning sickness, insomnia, and pelvic pain. Reflexology is also used by some women to manage pain during labour and birth. This massage is to help you relax and restore your mind and body post birth. The treatment will start with a consultation to ask about your pregnancy, birth and post birth physical and mental health. After the consultation I will choose an oil based on your consultation. I will work on areas of tension and soreness in the body to aid repair and restoration of your muscles and mind. Pregnancy and birth isn’t just about the physical changes but also the mental changes and with treatment we aim to work on both.  This massage isn’t just designed for new mums but any mother who is in need to some time to restore and relax.

This treatment is perfect for those who hold deep tension especially in shoulders. It helps to improve blood circulation and remove blockages in QI and stagnation in the body. It is deeply relaxing and can relieve pain and inflammation in joints. 

This massage releases tension in the back with manual massage and the use of fire cups and silicone cups while these are placed you will get a leg and foot massage. They will then be removed for your back massage. 

It is not recommended for those on blood thinners or thickeners

Not recommended those who have thin skin and bruise easily 
Not recommended for those attending an event soon as it can leave marks for up to a week. 

Fire Cupping 

This extended back massage is for those who are holding a lot of tension in their back shoulders  head and neck and would like more time spent on these areas. This includes work on the head and scalp

tMJ is an inter-oral massage . i wear gloves to massage inside the mouth to acess the joint and muscles surrounding the jaw and cheek,

Head scalp and face massage with TMJ (Buccal massage) 

My hot stone full body massage and head massage is. 75minutes of bliss. The hot basalt stones work deep in to the muscle soothing away any tension and promoting relaxation. 

Hot stone massage with head massage 

this full body massage incorporates hot volcanic basalt stones which transfers  heat deep in to the muscle to release tension. It is a perfect treatment for those who find they have muscular aches and pains.
