Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. I recently had the lip blush done.I was a little nervous as never had a tattoo or anything. As always Eve was really helpful and explained the whole process. She is always very professional and makes sure you know what's being done each step of the way. Numbing gel was applied to my lips but I thought it still may be painful. It was absolutely fine, just felt like a small scratch in places.It then just felt like chapped lips.All of the aftercare was explained and a little aftercare pack given. I absolutely love the end result. It's been 48 hours now, colour still great,feels like dry lips

This is my 3rd time using Rachael Katie cosmetics I had thread lifts botox and fillers this time. Rachael was very professional and efficient and totally put me at ease. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

I had a really great experience with Rachael. I was really anxious about getting dermal filler for the first time, but she was so patient and reassuring.
