The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Lovely studio, Julia makes you feel very at home and relaxed. The bed is much more comfortable than most salons, and you get a great leg rest too - which is great for my lower back. Great treatments, my lifted and tinted eyelashes look fab 😍🤩

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Love Ciara always so professional and friendly. Will always tell you if you don’t need something doing rather than just do it, love that about her . Botox, lips,and pixi nose lift, she’s the best in the Biz .
