My sister recommended the Southampton Salon and I wasn’t disappointed. Before coming in I bleached my own hair and it went bad, however I had the lovely stylist Dan. He really worked wonders on my hair and was very welcoming as soon as I came in. He also went though what I should use for at home and explained what I would need when I come back which is fantastic! Safe to say that I left that salon with a new confidence and a smile on my face. Thank you so much Dan!

I used to use this Salon many years ago and was pleased to see Leanne still there! Although she didn't do my hair back then, she did a good job with my dry trim. However, it did feel a little rushed as another stylist was off sick and the customer after me was to have had her do her hair. Consequently, Leanne was to do her hair too. Mine took 15 minutes, not the scheduled 30. I will certainly book again though!

Such a lovely clean, modern salon. Even have little chargers for your phone. Issy is amazing! She listens to what I want and knows exactly how to do it! Beth is a GENIUS colourist and a perfectionist. You will NEVER leave her salon looking anything less than amazing. She always takes time to understand what you want your hair to do for you, the time you have etc. giving ideas of what she thinks will work for you personally and explaining treatments + colour possibilities. Had my 3rd treatment with Shannen today, she is absolutely amazing!!! On all 3 occasions, accommodated my request for a late evening appointment due to my work commitments, made me feel at ease, was extremely patient when I wanted to stop and squeal every 30 seconds, talked me through the whole process step by step, continued to ask if I was okay throughout and told me I was doing amazing which really helped ease the whole treatment. I have been to other high profile aestheticians in Southampton but their service and expertise do not come close to Shannens. Will definitely always use Shannen
