Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! This was my second pedicure with Julia and she is brilliant. Takes good care of you, making sure you are comfortable and warm enough. As I have said before such good value for money as she is so thorough and the whole process takes 2 hours 15 minutes. Top class pampering.

Very kind and made sure I was comfortable, i came in for an eyebrow piercing it was basically painless and she was very professional about it, placement was perfect and studio was really clean.
