I had full body hair removal with Shannen and was so impressed with how quick yet precise she is and how effective just one appointment was, that I have booked a course! Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Pure iv experience was brilliant , Hayley made me feel so comfortable and her clinic is amazing ! The process of getting the iv was very smooth as I was a bit nervous at the beginning but that went away in seconds ! The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly!
