"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at SM Beauty! The full back cleanse, complete with a soothing massage, was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The back leg massage melted all the tension away, while the facial cleanse paired with a gentle massage was the perfect finishing touch to an already heavenly treatment. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend SM Beauty enough for their exceptional service and the calming, revitalizing environment they provide. A true haven of relaxation!

Received a very good and thorough treatment. Has really helped me manage and improve my mobility due me being diagnosed with MS. A brilliant alternative to treatments I have been provided in the past. Experienced the red light treatment as part of my Pick and Mix x3.

Update: I've now been implementing the lifestyle changes Louise suggested for nearly 2 months. I have now seen Louise for a follow-up and things are still improving. So happy! After my Menopause and Lifestyle consultation with Louise. I have been implementing the suggestions given and am already seeing improvements within one week. I am sleeping better, more relaxed... add anything else here. What's more, the whole process was so easy, and it took away all of the stress. Menopause and lifestyle consultation It was my first time here at the wellness centre, it had a tranquil setting. Louise was very welcoming and professional. We spoke about my past medical history, discussed my concerns and symptoms. Louise has provided menopause guidance for my GP regarding a HRT treatment plan, also useful links and lifestyle advice for me. Louise has recommended a follow up appointment 4 weeks after having blood tests and starting HRT treatments. Thank you Louise for your time and attention
