Fabulous first hydrotherapy facial. Beth was friendly and professional. The salon was clean and quiet. Beth explained the procedure beforehand and at times during the facial. My skin feels truly deep clean and I look forward to seeing the finished results tomorrow! I have already booked another and will likely book other facials in the future too.

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I CAN rate Ellie as the most superb skin specialist! Her treatments are so magical. She really knows her stuff. Ellie has so much confidence in keeping my skin in its best shape. Iv been seeing Ellie for 5 years now and never have any skin issues or imbalance . From relaxing treatments to more intense target areas of concern she has it covered. Even sent me out looking beautiful with her new bb tint spf serum. so I left glowing in confidence !

I recently went back for a laser hair removal top-up after around 6–8 months since my last treatment.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Before laser, I had to wax every 2–4 weeks and was constantly dealing with ingrown hairs, stubble, shadowing, and irritated skin. I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

I had an excellent experience with my lymphatic drainage massage. Milena was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was relaxing and effective, and I noticed a real difference afterwards. I would highly recommend her!

Gee is super friendly and puts you at ease from the get go but at the same time professional. Treatment room clean and comfortable and pretty in pink. The treatment itself for me personally was painless, yes it nips a bit but I wouldn't say it's painful. She took her time, advised what was best and the outcome is I'm a very very happy lady. Already looking to book my next treatment.
