The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I have been receiving laser treatments from RK for a while, but felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted. But since being treated by Jazmin, it has taken a positive turn after just a couple of laser sessions with her. I have been really impressed with Jazmin’s expertise and seeing the changes I had been so desperately wanting - really looking forward to seeing the final result in due course!

I had my first laser session with shaneen today and honestly i was not expecting such a warm welcome and kindness after a long working day. She really made me comfortable and encouraged me though-out with all the pain and stings during the procedure, you know it’s quit painful. Thank you so much for the survice Shaneen. Had my 3rd treatment with Shannen today, she is absolutely amazing!!! On all 3 occasions, accommodated my request for a late evening appointment due to my work commitments, made me feel at ease, was extremely patient when I wanted to stop and squeal every 30 seconds, talked me through the whole process step by step, continued to ask if I was okay throughout and told me I was doing amazing which really helped ease the whole treatment. I have been to other high profile aestheticians in Southampton but their service and expertise do not come close to Shannens. Will definitely always use Shannen

Just had Co2 Frax laser teatment and im so glad i did. The level of care and attentiveness was beautiful. Yes it was uncomfortable but nothing like as painful as expected. The eye area tingle tickled , the face forgead and nose uncomfortable, the neck area a level up like micro needling. Yes my deep scar areas didhurt for 15-20 seconds each but nothing for that length if time that was unbearable. Afterwards my face felt like very uncomfortable bad sunburn. They but lots of aloevera cream on that soothed. Im now home with my aftercare . looking forwarded to end results after 6/8 weeks recovery.

I had Pico laser treatment done by Mia she’s lovely and made me feel comfortable, im glad some progress is being made in removing my tattoos would definitely recommend.

She was friendly It was her first time using the upgraded laser machine ..so she went through different many levels going up frequency until I could feel the effects ...I felt she shoukd have gone back over the the areas once she was at right level comfortable for me. I don't feel had full doze of Vit C as she was trying to remove the bubbles from syringe . She was Friendly

I had a vitamin B12 injection and I’ve had them before and they always hurt, but this one didn’t so I was happy about that! I had laser treatment and tattoo removal which are a bit uncomfortable treatments, but my therapist made sure I was comfortable as possible. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to continuing my treatments there

Shannen is amazing . Fantastic results with laser hair removal after only a couple of sessions so far . Wouldn’t go anywhere else 😃
