The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I went in for a hydrafacial with Eli, she was so lovely and took very good care of me. She explained what she was doing really well and made sure I knew what to do after my facial and also gave recommendations for my skincare routine and talked me through correct product usage. I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care.
