Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my session at the facility. I was assisted by Ms Tamara Reddy. I had knee pain for approximately 3 years and within just 1 session with Tamara, I experienced knee pain relief. I had the homework of doing exercises, which contributed to the overall recovery. If I could give 10 Stars instead of 5, I would definitely do so. Would recommend to other people in my position.

I’ve been to over 15 physios/sports therapist since I started my football career and running, and not once have I met someone with such attention to detail, willingness to learn more and passion for being in this profession. Emma always gives great aftercare and wants to support you long term, not just see you back next week. Her application to strength training/in gym rehab is great and she always gives you a road map to getting back to doing your sport/activity rather than just telling you what you can’t do. A growth mindset approach. 5/5.

Excellent sports massage focused on aches and pains (knee, achilles and ankle) due to over-use/intensive training. Muscles now feel a lot less sore and joints a little less stiff, so I’d say this was a useful session to help with recovery. Some nice post-massage tips for self management also, which I appreciated.

I had a really good sports massage at Rep Studio. My back was feeling very tight from training and heavy exercise, and after the session I felt so much better. Excellent session. Dan listened and recorded my summary of injury problem, followed by a physical examination, and finally an observation of my balancing skills! We then proceeded to enter the gym, where Dan demonstrated a number of exercises for me to work on. I then had the opportunity to practise these, with Dan offering advice on how to improve / carry out the movements properly.
