Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.

Very enjoyable first time lesson. Only so much that can be done in first hour but did learn enough to go away and practice and consider group lessons

Catherine always takes the time to review how I've been doing over the previous week and works the session around things that I want to improve. I always feel safe and confident in her presence which enables me to achieve more that I expect.

Catherine was friendly, down to earth and patient! We will be trying out our newly acquired waltz and 'social foxtrot' moves on our upcoming cruise - something we would just enjoy watching in the past and not have thought about doing ourselves. before. We also think we will try out our newly acquired 'social foxtrot' as well. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking about having dance lessons to give it a ho.
