Best Fitness & Recovery near me in Portsmouth, United Kingdom

It is the best massage I have ever had, not only in Portsmouth but anywhere. I would highly recommend. Yvette consistently provides a very high level massage with a complete understanding of physio.

I found Yvette to be very thorough and highly experienced. She explained everything very clearly and gave me a set of exercises to target my problem areas. She then sent me these exercises electronically with simple illustrations. I thoroughly recommend Yvette as physiotherapist. She is also very friendly.

Very good. This was a follow up appointment and there has been definite improvement. Yvette gave me one additional exercise to do. The pain has definitely decreased and my mobility improved.

After three back operations and a hip surgery, I spent six years with numbness in my back and struggled to move properly. I thought it was permanent. Since starting Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) treatment with Jade at Kensett Wellness, sensation has slowly returned. Jade has been professional, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The progress has been remarkable and has improved both my recovery and quality of life. Her encouragement has also supported my mental health. I hope sharing this helps someone when deciding whether to try Kensett Wellness.

Yvette is a very skilled practitioner, she combines the deep tissue massage with physiotherapy techniques to help mobilise and relax your joints and muscles. Her therapy helps me continue my job as a Registered Nurse.

Always the best experience with Iman, I had issues with my shoulders freezing up and it was difficult to move around, he sorted them both out in the session and I can now move freely again. Extremely recommended! Thank you Iman!

Very welcoming, thorough pre-massage discussion/evaluation, cosy room, very nice and appropriate ambience, excellent technique with a clear, high level of experience. I will certainly be returning, to again drift into the super-relaxed state, which I did not want to leave.

Iman is such an expert in his field. Again he has managed to identify the root of my problems and fix the symptoms as well as coming up with a plan to fix the cause. Cannot recommend Alchemy Performance Care enough.
