I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

I have been going to Joanna since 2019 and she is incredible at what she does. I've had many different treatments from her and she's so knowledgeable and kind. She makes me feel so comfortable and is such a nice person. Thank you! X
