I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Emma did a gorgeous lash lift and tint. It’s the second time I’ve been and I won’t be going anywhere else. Lovely space which is nice and relaxing, Emma is very considerate and gentle. I would highly recommend.

The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

This was a very good manicure. Lovely colour using a magnet! So much care taken and very considerate. I was late and thought this would affect the time. But she exceeded my expectations. So I will book again.

I’ve been going to see Charlotte for a number of years, and I now will never go to anyone else. My nails always last, they’re so chic and my brows consistently get a compliment! The salon refurb is perfection. It’s classic, chic and just cool. Exactly what was needed and I can’t believe how amazing it is. Spa vibes, and you leave feeling cooler then you arrived. Charlotte is honestly the best beautician in Harrogate, and I will not go anywhere other then Novu! 💛
