Best Saunas near me in Coogee, Sydney

Love Nimbus Co- Bondi! I have been to a few infrared saunas in Sydney but this is my favourite. They are individual rooms you can go with 2-3 people in and have private showers there too. With changing Colours and iPad for music it has everything you need.

I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

Machines are Hygienic & Hot (hottest in Sydney). The whole centre is spotless. The girls always are flexible with moving my appointments when I need. Couldn’t be happier. Free top quality bathroom products and fresh towels. I’m hooked ! 😉

Had an amazing experience at Body WRL using their infrared saunas. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and detox. Beautiful high end space with luxurious facilities and products for the Infrared sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the whole experience a delight. Highly recommend and great value compared to other infrared saunas I’ve used.

I’ve visited Body WRL three times now with my partner and we’ve enjoyed our experience every time. We normally use the infrared sauna but we’ve tried the float pod too and it was a great experience. The staff are nice and helpful, the facility is clean, and the actual amenities are great.

It's always great visiting Elite - all the staff are so friendly! My current favourite strategy is the photobiomodulation + sauna/ice bath. Best mood booster (and for focus) and it's a great way to improve your mitochondrial function because both these strategies increases heatshock protein response! IFYKYK ;)

I just absolutely love coming to Body Wrl and having some relaxing time out with the Deluxe Infra red sauna which includes the beautiful rain shower . The ambience in this place is next level and the whole experience from the moment i walk in just so relaxing with the subtle lighting and also can change the coloured lights for different effects . Nice big jug of filtered water im just in heaven sweating away all my troubles from the week . So relaxed and renewed afterwards ready to get on with my day .Beautiful staff just so lovely &accommodating. Very clean & professional private day spa

Every time I travel to Sydney, I try to get as many sessions in as possible. They are so great at fitting me in and are always kind, friendly & professional. The place is always spotless and the machines work, are also the best models in the business. So great for getting over jet lag and post flight puff. I feel energised and happy every time I leave.

The most beautiful sauna experience... From the moment I walked in I was in love and felt relaxed. The sauna room is beautiful, instantly calming with the music and it is your own private room, other saunas I’ve visited I’ve shared a communion shower area. I will be recommending here to everyone and can not wait to come back for my next sauna. Thank you xxxx
