Received a complimentary fire and ice session from Jemima (manager of the Slow House) after I expressed concerns about the heat of the sauna in a previous session. I felt respected and valued as a customer. On the day, the staff were attentive, beautiful space, great experience. Left feeling refreshed and keen to return again. This is clearly a business which values their customers feedback and utilise it to make improvements. Thank you.

Beautiful environment and ambience, great staff/service. The saunas are state of the art, and the Fire & Ice combo leaves you feeling incredible. Only critique would be they should provide 2 towels per person (as opposed to just 1) as you really do need 2 so that you can shower with a diff towel than you sweat on. Having to BYO towel cheapens the experience a little.

Slow house is always a pleasure - lovely kind staff, beautiful functional space, consistently high vibes. The infrared sauna is such a treat. I notice how energised and clear headed I feel afterwards. Will continue to return back.

First time at slow house - the traditonal sauna was the hotest I've been in which was a good thing. The ice bath was also great - I read it's good to not got hot again after and naturally come back to body temp. Feeling great.

Great space to relax and enjoy a private sauna.

Such a lovely, relaxing space with lovely staff. Sauna five ‘grating’ could have been cleaner, there were salts or fluff built up in it. Would definitely come back.

Slow house is truly one of a kind. The generosity of every single staff member, explaining how things work, what the benefits are and making you feel super comfortable and looked after makes me keep coming back for more. Slow house is the ONLY place to have your saunas and ice baths!! It’s a whole experience

Still good but less impressed than previous visits. Not as relaxing as it was quite noisy and also none of the lovely serums to test after sauna.

Sauna was extra hot on arrival, and the staff were pleasant as always.

Great! Need to bring back the serums & creams for post sauna experience though.

Hands down, the best sauna studio I have visited. The staff are friendly and informative. Facilities are incredibly clean.

The staff were lovely and answered all of my questions. They explained the benefits, what they were doing and provided suggestions. The iPad in the sauna helped to distract me and found that I was able to stay in the sauna for longer.

Staff are super friendly and sweet. Really serene and luxurious space. Beautiful complimentary products to use in shower before/after sauna. As always, left feeling great.
