The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

The consultation at the start was so good – she really took the time to understand my skin and what I wanted. Explaining of the treatment was great as I do have sensitive skin and did not want any flair up as I have had this with previous treatments , the process and treatment was explained and assured this would not cause any issues with the skin after treatment as the products used were not harsh and would nourish the skin : Would do this once a month without hesitation .

Got an amazing Hydrafacial from Paula today! My skin felt and looked so hydrated and glowy! Paula’s touch and genuine nature made me feel so comfortable. She prescribed me an easy skincare routine from Dermalogica that worked with my busy schedule as a mum of 2 boys. I also picked up a collegen powder and beauty renewal liquid from a brand called Imbibe cause it tasted delicious as I was offered a sample before my treatment started. Highly reccomend Paula for a facial treatment!
