Really lovely experience with Iona. I’ll definitely be booked some more sessions soon. The session was super quick, way more comfortable than I expected, and the results came through faster than I thought they would. It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Just had my second session at Silhouette Lab, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. I got the wood therapy lymphatic massage + red light treatment, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and more defined. The wooden tools really helped with de-puffing and stimulating circulation I could see and feel a difference right away.
