I regularly visit Lucy for my facials, she’s is absolutely fab! Always warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand my skin concerns and is so helpful when I ask for advice with my skincare. While Lucy was away, I had a facial with Katie, who was equally amazing! I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.

I had an amazing experience. Clean and relaxing environment. I did my scalp prp, vampire facial, and laser hair removal. It’s my third scalp prp. The part in my hair used to be very big with a lot of my scalp exposed. Now I have a normal part and my hair line is becoming thicker. My over all hair is thicker. Laser hair removal has been a freeing and carefree change to my life.. No more worrying about forgetting to shave anything. The hair that’s left over is incredibly thin and soft it goes unnoticed and I’m a tough critic 😆. It was my first vampire facial. I’m eager to see my results!

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

I booked for the Hydrodermabrasion Facial 7-1 procedure and it was the first time experiencing this facial. Klara took the time to explain what she was doing every the step of the way, and checked that I was ok throughout.
