It was my first facial ever and it was such a lovely experience. The room had a nice cozy vibe to it and it was nice to unwind. My skin feels amazing and Lateefah was able to help smooth out my skin. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention.
