Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. I had the most wonderful facial this morning with Carolina, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, but also felt effective. Carolina clearly knows her stuff. My skin feels refreshed and now glows like the moon :-)

THE BEST facial I’ve ever had in a long time!! Zolzaya was extremely kind, welcoming and professional. She took such good care of my skin and explained every step throughout the facial. Also suggested some tips for my skincare routine. I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment, she really made me feel at ease. Zolzaya is also such a sweet soul and very very nice, clearly very passionate about what she does. Please book your facial here, you won’t regret it! Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed.
