All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

I moved to London about a year ago and just happened to stumble upon beauty nest while looking for a salon near me. I can confidently say that after my first appointment I had found my new regular spot. Samia is so welcoming and does an amazing job every single time.
