I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services. She’s incredibly professional, welcoming, and always delivers treatments that are truly on point. This time, I had a back facial (complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage) and the Glow Baby Glow facial; and let me tell you, the names do not disappoint. My face is glowing… and yes, my back is glowing too! If you’re looking for a treatment that’s both deeply relaxing and get great results, I can’t recommend Shereece enough. I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!
