Wonderful. The team is very attentive. Took my jacket once I walked in and offered drinks and a snack for your appointment. Evelina is amazing at what she does. Very fast (1 hr.) and always gives the best women's haircuts in London. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but I was confident in her skills to give me something that I would like and look good in. Many many thanks Evelina and Andrew Jose team! Will definitely be seeing you again.

What an amazing experience it always is, going to this very best of salons! Andrew Jose sits right in the heart of London and sits in my heart too. The vibe is cool, cutting edge, yet super friendly too. My stylist, Natasa, never fails to deliver. She takes my ideas for my hair and adds her own trustworthy instincts of style and flair - and the results are always incredible, as they are today! Huge thanks x

Everyone should have a Natasa as a stylist! She takes her work to the next level. Sometimes, I go in to the salon thinking I want to "go short" with my hair and she convinces me that I don't! ;-) But she is (almost!) always right, her style instinct is a superpower! She then executes her plan with precision and artistic flair. I've done a deal to lease my hair to her, I gave her a 50% stake, because she cares for it as if it was her own! Thanks a million and thanks of course to the best salon in London by far x

Wonderful therapists very helpful, talented and friendly. It would be good to get new and more comfortable pool chairs. Also often a queue for changing room with the hoist which caused discomfort to the disabled client We do love the swimming there.

Phedelia Rose is so lovely and she does everything with care, whilst being so highly skilled. It’s not easy to find people that you a trust to do your hair, but Phedelia Rose’s service is welcoming, profession and done with excellence, I have never left her chair disappointed. She is so knowledgeable and honest, so her advice always has the longevity my hair health in mind, which I appreciate. Absolute 10/10!

The only disappointing aspect of the weekly experience is the disabled showers. Last week the Basin was out of use. Previously the blower comes on when the water is required or the other way round. The shower seat and arms badly sag. The shelf is often missing. The Toilet unflushed. The condition is generally very shabby and in awful state of disrepair. Badly in need of refurbishment. The hydrotherapy session itself is excellent as always and well targeted for my condition. I always look forward to this.

Silvia, is so sweet! Dad absolutely loved working with her today. Really felt like she made the most of the time to try achieve as much as possible during the session. She also really helped maintain my dad engaged and encouraged during the time in the pool. Great professional, can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Silvia :)
