Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

I had a deep cleansing and peeling procedure with Yulia, and I’m very happy with the results. The procedure was done very carefully and professionally, with great attention to my skin’s needs. My skin feels clean, refreshed, smooth, and visibly brighter. Yulia explained each step clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I’ve been to several salons in Clapham, but none compare to the experience I had here. Everything feels carefully thought, from the atmosphere to the service. I will definitely be coming back, and I honestly can’t stop looking at my nails. 💕

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !
