I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I had a haircut and a moisturising treatment with Arianna. My hair is so soft and looks exactly how I wanted. She will first have a quick consultation to understand what you are looking for and will explain what can be done based on your hair type. I felt welcomed and we had a lovely chat during our session. Definitely recommend. Oh, and if you schedule with her, please check your confirmation email because is from there that you will get the correct address details! (Google Maps don't show it properly!)

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I booked a hair consultation with Gaia befor my hair was washed, treated and styled. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Gaia answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the science of my particular hair which I found very insightful and educational. During my treatments and wash she was ever so helpful answering any questions I had and offered advice on how to maintain my hair when at home. Was here 3 days in a row whilst on my holidays in London. Had LPG one day , all over , and Em Sculpt three days in a row on my stomach. Definitely feel more toned on my stomach and feel skinnier all over. The service was lovely and the ladies there gave me some really good advice. Very happy , will defo return in future 🙂

I absolutely loved the haircut and blow dry from KAPIL! He’s a gem and an artist! The cut he gave me was just what I wanted and could not have asked for a better look. Also little things like not selling any other service and genuine interest in what I explained about my hair was really impressive! It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

This is the first time I went to this saloon. All the staff very nice and welcoming. First I had my consultation booked with Gail for a hair colour (Highlights) and a haircut. It was super amazing. She really listened what exactly I need and give he experience and advice to come up with a decision with what I’m expecting. Today She done a beautiful full head highlights and a hair cut for me. I love how My hair looks. Gail is really lovely. Looking forward to go again for my next appointment definitely book with Gail again.

Rukky is absolutely fantastic. My 6 year old didn’t have the best experience at another salon so was very anxious about getting her hair done. Rukky knowing this made my daughter feel so comfortable, she was encouraging, super supportive, made her laugh and always asked her how she was feeling throughout the appointment. My daughter did not cry once and became very relaxed and talkative!! I got great hair consultation, the treatment provided was superb. Her hair came out beautifully. Top service and I would highly recommend. 🥰 xxx
