Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. Alexandra is incredibly skilled, does everything with such care, and has a really calming presence. It’s a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you :)

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

THE BEST facial I’ve ever had in a long time!! Zolzaya was extremely kind, welcoming and professional. She took such good care of my skin and explained every step throughout the facial. Also suggested some tips for my skincare routine. I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment, she really made me feel at ease. Zolzaya is also such a sweet soul and very very nice, clearly very passionate about what she does. Please book your facial here, you won’t regret it! I had an array of treatments with Elly including a massage, facial, wax and laser. Elly is very welcoming, professional and friendly. She really made me feel comfortable and fully explained the treatments as she went along. This made me feel very relaxed and confident in her abilities. Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed.
