I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I had the pleasure of a facial with Sehar at WILD BEAUTY, and it was one of the most nurturing treatments I’ve ever had. As someone usually nervous about facials, I felt completely safe and cared for. The products were gentle and smelt divine, and Sehar took her time to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The neck massage was a dream! I left feeling relaxed, held, and deeply nourished. More than a facial — it was a beautiful experience of care. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!
