I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Treated myself on my birthday today with a facial with Lou. It was so blissful. I forgot I was in London! My jaw was so relaxed and my headache disappeared. Will definitely be investing more in self care. I felt very comfortable with Lou, she was lovely. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services. She’s incredibly professional, welcoming, and always delivers treatments that are truly on point. This time, I had a back facial (complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage) and the Glow Baby Glow facial; and let me tell you, the names do not disappoint.
