I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Treated myself on my birthday today with a facial with Lou. It was so blissful. I forgot I was in London! My jaw was so relaxed and my headache disappeared. Will definitely be investing more in self care. I felt very comfortable with Lou, she was lovely. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services.
