We just had our first visit and couldn’t be happier! 🐾 The whole team made us feel so welcome - everyone was warm, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our pup came home looking absolutely adorable after his wash and nail trim, and we were so touched that the owners sent us home with some local brand samples to try. Such a thoughtful little extra! This place is a true gem and a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood - we’ll absolutely be back!

Always receiving the most immaculate care from Jess and her team. I take 4 dogs here for grooming, and I will admit they don’t go as soon as they should. The dogs always come home looking great, feeling happy, and I’m never judged for letting them go a little too long. My one guy gets hand stripped, and I’ve tried several different places. This is only place he has been, that he doesn’t come back with irritated skin and attitude. I will recommend Designer Dogs over and over again.

Kayla did a fantastic job with my puppy for her intro to grooming. Clio came out looking like a cloud and very nicely trimmed for her first experience. I have my next appointment booked for May for her first real groom and I can’t wait to see what comes next!

We’ve been taking our two Sheltie girls to Brie for over 7 years, and her work is truly unmatched. We’ve tried more local groomers in the past, but nothing compares to the care and quality Brie provides. Our girls always look and feel amazing after every appointment. Brie has also been incredible at making them feel comfortable, especially since they can be a bit anxious. We really appreciate how she keeps them together during their appointments, which helps ease their nerves. When Brie recently relocated to Designer Dogs Grooming Spa, we didn’t hesitate to follow her—and we’re so glad we did.

It was a very great experience for my pet dog who has a lot of anxiety while being groomed. I called around a few places to check if I could be around while she was being groomed, but most places declined until I reached Bork Pet grooming. They were okay with me being there which was so comforting to me and my pet. A big thanks to Elena, she was so gentle and comforting in the grooming session that my pet felt relaxed. I would 100% recommend them. They use the best pet friendly products. Very happy and satisfied with the service today. Thanks so much again.

Courtney did a beautiful job grooming Frank today! She was meticulous and careful to attend to the cut and style that I had asked for. She suggested something a little bit new for Frank's ears and it was nice that she suggested it and it looks great. Frank was happy and content when I picked him up. Thank you, Courtney! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. I wasn't allowed in with my dog while he had his nails cut but wasn't explained the procedure. The other place I use for my pet grooming allowed me in for his short nail cutting service. Overall, a nice environment and staff, and convenient location with parking. I recommend a visit.

This was our first time taking our dog to Bork! Pet Grooming and we were honestly so surprised when we saw her after the grooming. She looked absolutely amazing! The team did such a great job her fur was so clean, soft, and perfectly trimmed. You can really tell they care about the dogs they work with.

We absolutely love Pet Planet. Yury is an incredible groomer and truly amazing with dogs. Mochi always comes back looking great and I never have a single worry leaving him in her care. The entire staff at Pet Planet is just as wonderful. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, and you can tell they all love what they do. It’s such a great environment for both pets and their humans. Mochi loves it there and so do I. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer and pet store they can truly trust!

Great Loved my dogs cut and nail trim

I was looking for a same day appointment for my mini labradoodle for full grooming +add-ons. I know it’s tough to find a same day appointment. If you don’t see a time slot available just give them a call to check and they may be able to fit you in as they were so nice to accommodate my booking! Friendly service, no pressure or trying to upsell you. Yuri the sr. did an amazing job. Karumi the jr. also. They both took great care, you can also see your dog with multiple large windows to view (unlike some places). It is on Portland in-between Richmond and Adelaide on the west side. Will be back.

First time for Jack at a grooming service. He did well and my wife appreciates how well he smells. Thank you Charmaine for taking good care of Jack.

Charmaine, did a great job with our Old English Sheepdog. He came to her with a challenging winter coat and had not had a grooming in a very long time.
