Keri is an absolute gem! I met her while picking up my husband from a tattoo appointment and immediately loved her vibe and professionalism. I’ve now had 4 piercings done by her and couldn’t be happier. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, works in spotless conditions, and always takes the time to explain healing and aftercare. I’ve even consulted her about more intimate piercings and always felt completely comfortable. When I had an issue with a piercing (my fault, not hers!), she made time to help me the very next day. I can’t recommend her enough!

All of the staff at North York Ink were kind, patient, and committed to their craft. I got a piercing from Taylor and a tattoo from Hettie. They were both there to give me advice and provide me with an experience that helped me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to leave with exactly what I wanted. Taylor was really nice even though I was late and was super clear when explaining how to take care of my piercings and was super open to any questions I had. Abby (the tattoo artist, I think that was her name) was also really kind and let me sit with my friend who was getting tattooed. Would totally come back for my next piercings!

I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

I got a piercing consultation and Keri was so knowledgeable and professional. She made sure everything I was interested in would fit in my piercings and even diagnosed two piercings I had done at other shops. Her advice is helping them heal already! I'll be back for sure!

Literally the best piercing experience I have EVER had and I have over 10+ piercings. Ellie is SO patient, so informative, and so SWEET. She walked me through my ear anatomy and face anatomy to help me come up with a "plan/ design" and was able to help me make decisions I was 100% confident in. She had an answer to EVERY question I asked and a solution. She respected my budget requests and reminded me it's ok to take your time building the piercing stack of my dreams. It was just a really gentle and compassionate experience from start to finish. Also like... nothing hurt lol <3 TYSM

We booked our tattoos via email with Raven and she made it easy. We were travelling from BC to Winnipeg and wanted holiday tattoos. Upon meeting Raven, I wish we could have her do our tattoos always. I've had bad experiences in the past with painful uneven eyebrow tattoos, too thick, close, dark and deep lefting me visible scarfs. I've spent a fortune trying to remove it unsuccessfully till I meet Sabrina. She was very empathetic. She sends me with Lee Gagnon (Laser Away Ink, Cambridge ON) to remove previous tattoos. After 5 laser session my forehead was clean for Sabrina to make a new, delicate, symmetric eyebrow. She is a perfectionist, detail-oriented artist, it is exactly what you need in someone making permanent tattoo in your face. Im very grateful for Sabrina advice, work & patience

It’s the only tattoo shop I go to now. Aram the owner is an amazing artist who does great black and grey realism tattoos. He’s done several large pieces for me. And I don’t see myself using another artist anytime soon. He will custom design a tattoo that will bring your ideas into reality. Professional, affordable, skilled and just an all around great guy.

Absolutely amazing. Made me less nervous and was so so patient with me even though it was a simpler piercing. He is soooo nice. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable going back to him for more piercings. And also made my mom feel part of the experience too which was really kind.
