Tried cupping for the first time - loved how it released the shoulders and lower back - thoroughly recommend it for tight and sore muscles. Also did some cranial-sacral therapy - again really felt the effect in my neck and shoulders - great therapies for both relaxation mentally and physically.

I highly recommend Stephanie Sr. Hair Technician at Gyoker for all your scalp and hair needs. Professional, personable, and highly skilled, she will help guide you on your journey to better hair! l also definitely recommend the red/blue light therapy treatment if you’re suffering from scalp issues like thinning hair, eczema or hair that just can’t decide if it wants to be greasy or flaky or both. Gyoker’s calm and welcoming environment is a much needed respite for developing and maintaining healthy hair.

This was my second massage here, and the experience is truly beyond comparison. He possesses a deep, intuitive understanding of human anatomy that sets him apart from any other therapist I have ever visited. During the session, I found myself trying to comprehend the sheer depth of his knowledge, and the only conclusion I could reach is that he has blessed hands. He is also incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. After my session, I walked around for hours with a genuine smile on my face. If you are looking for an exceptional, healing experience, I cannot recommend him highly enough..

So grateful for this profound healing modality. Piotr Gorecki has a gift. If you are in alignment with your body and breathwork, the connection during your therapy is incredible. It’s been such a journey with the lower back and more recently hips, and nowI can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Piotr!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully designed, and instantly helped me relax. My therapist Prae Panita was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such warm, personalized service. I can’t recommend this spa highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Friends, let me tell you about a magical place called Shangri-La Spa in Richmond Hill. As a Toronto resident, finding a decent massage can be as elusive as spotting a unicorn. But fear not, my fellow muscles in distress - my masseuses Tina here to save the day! Not only is she a skilled massage therapist, but she's also friendly and wise. Thanks to her magic hands, my back has finally found some relief. Put down the painkillers and book a session with Shangri-La ASAP. Highly, highly recommended.
