Today was my first lash lift and tint with Erica. My previous experience with a different company was not good. Overly processed lashes that curled in every direction. Erica talked me through the procedure and what she would do to mitigate that outcome. I was super relieved and when she was finished, my lashes looked amazing. Exactly what I was hoping for. I am 57 and dealing with the hooded eyelids that happen with age. This treatment means I don’t need to use mascara that inevitably ends up all over my upper lid. Lol! Thank you, Erica! I’ve always had issues with my eyes reacting to my lash extensions and Emily took the time to hear my concerns and address them. She was very willing to help me figure out why my eyes were reacting by trialing and error different things! She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. This was my second visit for a lash lift and tint, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Tiffany is super gentle and did a fantastic job! She also answered all of my questions, and then let me sit in my socially awkward, introverted silence without judgement :-).
