This was my first visit, and it was an amazing experience. She started with a detailed consultation, asking about my skin and concerns, which made it feel very personalized. Throughout the facial, she explained every step and product, which I really appreciated. The lymphatic drainage massage was the highlight so relaxing, along with a beautiful neck and shoulder massage. I finally understand how people fall asleep during facials… I actually did! skincare and facial goat 🫡🫡 i’ve been coming to her since october 2025 and she’s explained every step of the facial process very clearly. additionally she is extremely attentive and helpful about the post-treatment ie. if you’re unsure about which product is safe to use right after, she will take the time to do research and inform you about it. so far, i have done the barrier repair facial, green sea peel and microneedling. they are all great and if you’re not sure about which one to do, elaine will do a consultation at the beginning of the session regardless. anyway book wit her yall 🤞✌️

Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!
