I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

The facial I had with Zee was amazing. She made it super relaxing and was very accommodating, especially when my back started to ache. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy my pedicure as much. I have had a pedi with Zee before and she did an amazing job and the finish was great. Although Ella was super friendly and chatty, she put a lot of polish on my big toe nails which made the finish look thick. She had to do one nail three times, and I was really pleased that she was so persistent with getting it right but sadly, one of the toes has totally smudged already, hours after the treatment.

Love having my nails done with Millie. Very professional, with great attention to detail. The salon itself is lovely and everyone there is very friendly and professional. Millie has a great choice of colours and also does nail art and something a little different if you want. Millie always tries to accommodate you and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Also has a loyalty scheme which is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millie to anyone.

Rachael is a true professional, my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Despite having BIAB at other salons, I was having issues with brittle and weak nails —after just one appointment with Rachael I can already see and feel a difference in my nail health. That’s in addition to her warm and welcoming nature, Highly recommend ✨🫶🏻
