I cannot recommend About Face enough! I was drawn to the salon as they were the only place in Canberra offering extraction focused facials, and I am so happy I booked. Jess was so professional yet personable, I left feeling refreshed inside and out. I loved the supportive and judgement free conversation about my skincare routine, and Jess's realisric and tailored recommendations to achieve my skincare goals.

Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I have never felt more confident in my hair and my self. The people there are absolutely stunning inside and out they make you feel so welcome. I felt like they were actually listening to me as well and addressing what I wanted. I will forever be a client as long as I live in Canberra. I usually feel scared going into hair salons because I feel I will be judged but with these ladies I felt instantly calm the second I walked in thank you!

Second time seeing the wonderful Anu today who did a fresh lash set and a fabulous facial. I am absolutely glowing right now! I got stopped twice doing groceries on my way home and asked about where I got my lashes done. Anu is always so welcoming and super knowledgeable! If you love having your lashes done and want a tech who’s not only going to give you exactly what you want, but also protect your natural lashes - go see Anu. Location is super central to most of Canberra and there is ample parking in the visitor carpark just out the front of the building!

Amazing! The team went out of their way to help me out. I am visiting from Perth and due to family reasons, I am staying longer than planned. I had SNS powder on my nails and could not find anywhere that deals with SNS in Canberra or who were willing to remove it for me. From the first phone call to I think Jess to Rhianna who painstakingly removing my SNS to doing a new Gel polish manicure the customer service was excellent and the professional attention to detail was fantastic. Will defiantly return when I am back in Canberra and also highly recommend to anyone.
