This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

Absolutely Phenomenal! I have enjoyed many treatments across the world and worked as a therapist at 5 star day spas myself, and my experience at the scalp spa far exceeded all expectations. Infrared sauna was so relaxing! All the amenities were perfect. The staff were very kind and offered to dry my hair when I realised it was still wet and it was a cold day. Will be returning!

I booked a session with my daughter to try the enclosed Cryo chamber (only ever done the Cryo saunas before), followed by compression boots and the infrared sauna. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and informative about what to expect. We loved the modern, super clean, and beautiful space, though it would have been helpful to have separate changing rooms to leave our things and allow a little bit more time after the final session to fully enjoy the whole experience. It would have made it easier to get changed rather than in the damp hot sauna space & less rushed for the next waiting client.

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

This was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had, and always love being in the beautiful space that is Hale. The staff are all so helpful & I felt like I was at a luxe resort. Charlen’s massage has helped with my neck/pain with just one hour of deep tissue. Thank you!

Sauna and spa excellent and massage was perfect

The BEST most relaxing facial ever! My skin feels and looks so hydrated and glowy! It was my first time visiting The Skin Scalp Braddon but definitely not the last! Big thank you to Kim - you were a gem! 💕

Amazing experience at the Scalp Spa in Braddon with Rebecca. It was like a neck/shoulder massage, a facial, a scalp treatment, water therapy and the world’s best head massage all in one. Staff were lovely and knowledgeable, treatment rooms were lux and the whole experience felt decadent and first class. Can’t wait to go back again.

Amazing sauna! I usually am an infrared girl, but a 6am blunder on my part saw me book the traditional sauna and after the week over had, let me say I may now have to alternate between the two now. LOVED the traditional sauna! Also the space and privacy plus the addition of your own shower (helped to break up the heat exposure with a cold shower!) 10/10! Love Reju! ❤️ Cannot recommend enough!

The Scalp Spa Braddon was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderful and friendly and super sweet it only made the experience 10 times better. I felt so calm and relaxed the entire time. I was told of every step that was being done and that if i had any issues there was no problem with washing anything off and trying something else. I was pampered and my skin and my hair feel silky soft the day after my treatment. The staff were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend the scalp spa 100%!

Marie who is very professional and high quality of experience for scalp expert. I was expecting a little indulgent for my scalp spa. Actually it was all treatment that is so many details on it. Massage décolleté, shoulder and facial mask properly. I highly recommend for this spa. Definitely come back again. I’m so happy with that!

My best friend and I enjoyed 2 blissful hours at Cabrera Day Spa today. Despite initial impressions of an older style building, the massage and platinum facial treatment were both up there with the best we have experienced. We both left feeling so relaxed and our skin was amazing.

Really love the space, it is so clean and relaxing. I have had a cryo facial and a number of infrared saunas and each time I leave feeling more relaxed. They are also very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you may have.

My sister and I had a fabulous time together indulging in a 2 1/2 hour treatment which was superb . Mina our treatment practitioner was kind and gentle with a well practiced technique in massage and facials . By the end of our session my sister and I felt wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated . We intend to return and highly recommend the Canberra day Spa .
