Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

Definitely my favourite place to get a luxe massage in Canberra. Piya was so tentative and made me feel so relaxed. The bed was warned, the pressure was perfect. Literally couldn't ask for more. Thank you Piya!

I had a signature massage from Cherice? And it was so nice. Her pressure and rhythm were so relaxing, probably the best relaxation massage I have had in Canberra. Only downside was the pretty frequent clanging of (what I assume) was crockery or something similar that could be quite distracting.

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

I treated myself to the Deluxe Scalpical at Hair Spa Braddon and it was pure indulgence from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Dong greeted me warmly and took the time to walk me through each step of the service I’d chosen. She checked in about massage firmness and thoughtfully asked if I was claustrophobic before explaining the drip mask, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel very considered and personal. If you’re looking for a luxurious reset for your scalp and nervous system, Hair Spa Braddon and Dong deliver beautifully. I’ll absolutely be back.

Second time seeing the wonderful Anu today who did a fresh lash set and a fabulous facial. I am absolutely glowing right now! I got stopped twice doing groceries on my way home and asked about where I got my lashes done. Anu is always so welcoming and super knowledgeable! If you love having your lashes done and want a tech who’s not only going to give you exactly what you want, but also protect your natural lashes - go see Anu. Location is super central to most of Canberra and there is ample parking in the visitor carpark just out the front of the building!

I've had many a massage, but the scalpcial experience was pure bliss. I've never felt so pampered, so relaxed and so good! It was downright amazing from how welcome you feel and how calm the place is, to the treatment itself and how amazing that was. Location in Braddon meant I could keep the bliss going with great coffee and food after and just feel totally rejuvenated! I also bought the oil that was used on my hair (my fine blonde hair has never felt so smooth and soft!). Highly recommend!! Best birthday present ever!
