I got the Liberer, a body wrap treatment and 30 mins in sauna/jacuzzi with some Altina bubbles. It was so relaxing, the masseuse was fantastic and I feel so refreshed. The products used are high quality and beautiful too. Their tea room is lovely to relax in afterwards. I’m not a sauna person and I don’t spend too long in heat, so I booked 30 mins for the jacuzzi which was plenty for me. Only notes I have are that the shower tiles in the private room are a bit loose so I slipped a couple of times, and I think one of the jets in the jacuzzi isn’t working properly as it kept sputtering water.

It was an amazing experience that exceeded all my expectations. The place is very elegant and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you walk in. The sauna was excellent and truly rejuvenating, and the massage was absolutely incredible professional, detailed, and beyond anything I expected. Honestly, it’s an experience I would highly recommend and definitely repeat.

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The lighting and room temp were perfect and the massage, facial and scalp massage were amazing. I dozed off a number of times I was so relaxed. I booked for 5.30-7.30pm so when I finished I could go home have something to eat, have a shower and go to bed. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Woke up in the morning with glowing, bouncy, hydrated skin. Do this for yourself, or for someone you really, really like. They will love you for it.

Had a great remedial massage by Nancy yesterday. No matter which therapist they assign to you, I always receive professional treatment, clearly they are very well trained. I have been to many day spas for massage, and this is consistently the best massage and day spa in Canberra by far.
