Brenda did my facial today- Brenda assessed my skin type at the beginning of the session. Brenda kindly explained all the products she was applying throughout the session. Brenda was very professional while having a very welcoming personality. I high throughly enjoyed my appointment and will be highly recommending Hale Spa to friends and families.

In a spontaneous quest for relaxation post-hike, I stumbled upon a spa experience that defied expectations. I cannot thank Coby enough for getting me in for the exceptional Awakening Ritual, every detail surpassed ordinary spa encounters. The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Tranquil. The welcome was warm, the amenities are well considered and the spaces beautifully executed. The signature massage was just divine. Will absolutely be visiting again.

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

Brenda was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend the facial treatments at Hale Spa! The best facial I've had - it was the Plantomer facial which was relaxing, hydrating, and effective immediately.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

Absolutely the best day spa experience. From the moment you walk in the foyer is stunning and welcoming, the facilities and lounge are to die for. The treatments (massage and facial) were amazing. It is all the little “extras” that make the experience what it is.

I loved my session!!! I typically get a massage every week and do a facial every 4/6 weeks. I have tried many places and all different packages but I loved this the most. It wasn’t just because of the spa treatment but more so because of the staff. I suffer from anxiety and found this place put my mind at ease. My therapist was so friendly and knowledgable. She was calm and relaxed which then put me in a really good settled mind frame. My massage and facial were amazing and to top it off she gave a short overview about my skin. At the end, the receptionist was lovely and chatty.

The ladies that looked after me made me feel spoilt! The whole experience was so perfect and just the kind of relaxation I needed. I told my closest friends about this and I'm already planning on returning for another spa session! I've been holding on to a huge amount of stress and anxiety and I can't even put into words how amazing this experience was - I'll be coming back for sure!

The entrance to the Spa is located off a pedestrian walkway so do yourself a favour and allow some time to stroll to the Spa. As I arrived slightly frazzled, Coby was welcoming, calming and attentive which was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed my 1-hour Relaxation Massage as I have been nursing a chronic injury for a few years. Regrettably, it was over way too soon! Will definitely be returning for another treatment in the near-future.
