My experience at Hale Spa was AMAZING. I have never fully switched off in a massage / facial but thanks to Marieth’s gentle and soothing hands, I nodded off. Marieth created a comfortable environment, listened to my skin concerns and I left the treatment feeling relaxed and renewed. I will definitely book in for another treatment with Marieth soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hale have a very professional team and the atmosphere is calm and super-relaxing. Had a body scrub and massage with Misty (5-stars) after a visit to the steam room and plunge pool. Amenities are very clean and high quality. Finishing on the lounges by the fire at the end was a great finish to a luxurious morning!

First time here, it was gift for my birthday From my dear friend. I suffer lower back pain and go to the osteopath monthly for treatment. I loved my massage and hot stone experience from Naree. She was very attentive, friendly and has great communication ensuring I got what I really wanted and needed. I left feeling very well looked after, warm and relaxed. I will tell my friend who gave me the gift it was well worth her money. I will tell others about it too and most definitely will be back again.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.
