I had a SkinCeuticals facial at Sycamore today, and it was fantastic! Sara was professional, kind, and very helpful. The spa environment was relaxing and comfortable, with great privacy. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it!

Couples massage with sauna and jacuzzi. Our spa day was beyond our expectations! The spa room is definitely worth the add on! We felt very spoilt and left feeling like we had a morning at the spa - all in the middle of Canberra!

Infrared sauna was so relaxing! All the amenities were perfect. The staff were very kind and offered to dry my hair when I realised it was still wet and it was a cold day. Will be returning!

I booked a session with my daughter to try the enclosed Cryo chamber (only ever done the Cryo saunas before), followed by compression boots and the infrared sauna. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and informative about what to expect. We loved the modern, super clean, and beautiful space, though it would have been helpful to have separate changing rooms to leave our things and allow a little bit more time after the final session to fully enjoy the whole experience. It would have made it easier to get changed rather than in the damp hot sauna space & less rushed for the next waiting client.

Massage was sensational. Reason for 4 stars was sauna not turned on so we didn’t get to use that as part of our package which was pretty disappointing. Also felt very rushed with tea etc being brought in while we were getting into the spa. They used to prepare the tea and you’d have it out in the foyer.

I did the Indulge and escape spa package and it was so relaxing! The staff were all very welcoming, accommodating and professional. The refreshments are a nice touch and the massage/facial make you feel rejuvenated afterwards.

Amazing sauna! I usually am an infrared girl, but a 6am blunder on my part saw me book the traditional sauna and after the week over had, let me say I may now have to alternate between the two now. LOVED the traditional sauna! Also the space and privacy plus the addition of your own shower (helped to break up the heat exposure with a cold shower!) 10/10! Love Reju! ❤️ Cannot recommend enough!

Really love the space, it is so clean and relaxing. I have had a cryo facial and a number of infrared saunas and each time I leave feeling more relaxed. They are also very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you may have.
