I had a signature massage from Cherice? And it was so nice. Her pressure and rhythm were so relaxing, probably the best relaxation massage I have had in Canberra. Only downside was the pretty frequent clanging of (what I assume) was crockery or something similar that could be quite distracting.

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

It is amazing, best place in Canberra. It’s not the first time I go there , I go every three months and it is always the same great experience. My masseuse Pia is great. She soo professional, kind and courteous. Trust me you leave hale feeling relaxed energized and very satisfied.

Missy my therapist had such beautiful warm, calm energy. I had a deep tissue massage and she found and stretched out all the knots in my shoulders. Top class amenities and I believe Hale remains the most luxurious day spa in Canberra.

Fantastic experience. Staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to fascilitate a special surprise for me and my partner. The location is beautiful and well designed. The massage felt amazing. Worth every dollar and very very very much looking forward to my next trip to Canberra specifically so I can visit this place. I had the most incredible pregnancy massage here and couldn’t recommend this spa more. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and exactly what my body needed. The amenities were beautiful which made the whole experience feel extra special. They even went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday, which truly meant so much. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and so grateful. I can’t wait to come back!

I am in love with this place! This was my second visit for a pregnancy massage and, once again, I couldn’t fault it. I took advantage of being able to go a bit earlier this time to give myself time to relax in the lounge area with a book by the fire- best decision. The pregnancy massage here is incredible. My masseuse was attentive and thorough and unlike other massages I’ve had in the past elsewhere, it didn’t feel rushed. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could afford to come here every week! Floated out of there on a cloud.

The facial was absolutely amazing and would give that 6/5 so relaxing and left with skin feeling so nice! While the massage was nice did just feel like I was getting rubbed down with oil very light pressure- little to no kneeding (beside the shoulders). I understand then medium/firm pressure is not recommended for pregnant people and this is fine but i have had other preg massages that did a lot more (incl one with a womens physio). Didnt feel any impact on my muscles/sore feet etc afterwards - was more a 2.5 or 3/5 for me. the therapist was lovely and so so sweet! and the venue etc is fab
