I loved it! My first time doing a professional lymphatic whole body massage drainage and it won’t be my last. Anu was professional. The place was clean. The massage was amazing and almost fell asleep at some points. The sauna chamber was an experience for my first time. I really felt the toxins leaving my body. It was a great way to start off 2026! Highly recommended! I’ve just completed the 3 day Panchakarma and it was absolutely incredible. Dr Anu and her team are very welcoming, warm caring and very efficient throughout the whole treatment. The treatment room is absolutely beautiful with a cosy warm fireplace and authentic timber sauna it was exactly what imagined. I feel truly grateful to Dr Anu for her warmth,caring nature and holding space for me throughout the treatments giving me the opportunity to put my health as my priority and to have these Ayurvedic treatments available to me. Great ! Anna takes care and supports my current disability. She bought her equipment upstairs so I didn’t have to use the stairs to go down which is very difficult with a walking stick. I am prone to falling at present and I have to care to avoid this
