This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

I was very happy with my nail tech and loved my nails, both pedicure and gel nails. She did a fantastic job. However, every colour I chose was out of stock. (More than 6 choices at least) Even white. Ended up having to choose a colour I did not really want, and not the first time this happened. Been going to Boa for years, but this is very disappointing. Would hate to find another salon.

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

Had a great experience. Very professional, loved the results of the express manicure and pedicure with no paint.

my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”

Best manicure and pedicure in town!

I went for a Hollywood wax and was so happy with the whole process. The previous wax I had was sugaring at a different salon and it was so painful so I was nervous. Sune was really calm and reassuring and the wax was basically painless. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. They're based in a really cute salon in Newlands and the whole experience was wonderful.

Visiting Cape Town and thankfully got an appointment pretty last minute, did a great job on my fill and creating freehand nail art for me! I'll be back soon

Will return for a touch up with great pleasure when I return to Cape Town!

I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Then, on 7 June, two more nails on the same hand broke and I had to pay again for repairs. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this set. And the fact that the 4th nail is about
