I was very happy with my nail tech and loved my nails, both pedicure and gel nails. She did a fantastic job. However, every colour I chose was out of stock. (More than 6 choices at least) Even white. Ended up having to choose a colour I did not really want, and not the first time this happened. Been going to Boa for years, but this is very disappointing. Would hate to find another salon.

Sinazo has done an outstanding work on my nails. I did the gel with rubber base and simple nail art treatment. She utilised chrome powder and achieved the exact look I had shown in the picture. Thank you.

Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

The experience was amazing! The owner responds quickly and was pretty understanding when I ran a few minutes late. I was offered a drink right away, which was a lovely touch. They even accommodated a last-minute hair booking, which I'm very grateful for. The hairdresser worked quickly and my hair came out better than I expected. I also did an acrylic refill and a pedicure, my nails look and feel incredible. I was honestly shocked by how affordable everything was. This is definitely my go-to maintenance place from now on! ✨

Thank you. Had a good experience with stylist. Very patient. Great advice received. However with the manicure my nails were not dry and it smudge and unfortunately the nail therapist already left. A valuable lesson learnt. Next time I will have my nails done first, before hair treatment.

my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”
